Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:
- If you have placed an order that has not been shipped yet and wish to cancel it, please email hello@shopjubin.com AND call our showroom (404-816-7999). Please have your Order # and Rug #SKUs ready.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy:

Please note that we charge a $50 restocking fee for all returns.

  • - Up to 3 Days after Purchase: Eligible for a Full Refund minus a $50 restocking fee.
  • - Up until 14 Days: Eligible to return a product for store credit towards rugs of a similar value. For example, if a new production rug is purchased then credit will only be provided towards other new production rugs - not towards antique or vintage pieces. Special promotions and discounts may not be transferred/applied for store credit.
  • - After 14 Days: The sale is considered final and a refund and/or store credit will not be permitted.
  • - Returns/store credit will only be permitted if the product is returned in its original condition. All original tags must be in place.
  • - To initiate a return and receive a shipping label, please reach out to Al directly (404-816-7999) and email hello@shopjubin.com.
  • - The customer will be responsible for all return shipping expenses.
  • - Please use the original packing materials and/or heavy duty tarp/packaging materials when shipping back a product.
  • - Once your return is received and inspected, then a refund amount or store credit less the restocking fees and shipping expenses will be provided.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
