Shipping policy

All rugs ship within 1-2 business days from order placement and are delivered within 2-4 business days, within the continental United States, after shipping.
Shipments are sent via UPS Ground unless a custom delivery method is requested.
Please contact us directly (hello@shopjubin.com) regarding international shipments.
VERY IMPORTANT Please be aware that given that our products are high-ticket items, an adult signature is required at the time of delivery in order to to release the packages to the receiver.
Rugs will not be delivered without an adult signature. This policy significantly reduces the possibility of loss or theft and ensures that you have received your special heirloom.
